We offer two Bakery courses:
An introduction to bread making
No previous experience required. You’ll experience a lovely day in the bakery, a lunch and you’ll go home with 5 fantastic bakes and the recipes to keep you baking.
Advanced bread making
Taking further steps into bread making including using yeasted pre- ferments, wild yeasts and some breads from across Europe- some experience is necessary to get the most out of this course. You’ll spend a day in the bakery with a lunch and the recipes and your bakes to take home at the end of the day.
